1Open Finder on your Mac 2Press Cmd + Shift + G This opens "Go to Folder"3Paste this path and hit Enter: ~/Library/Messages/4Select all files starting with chat.db and copy them to your Desktop You should see chat.db, chat.db-wal, and chat.db-shm5Drag them all into the box below

Getting "permission denied"?
Open System Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Full Disk Access. Toggle on Finder. Then try copying the file again.
